2. top conditions that were assessed and diagnosed

3. province or region with high rate of people suffering from mental illness

Response to Request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be informed that the Department of Health currently have no reporting system on the information requested as per Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB) Degenerative Disease Office (DDO)

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee / DOH FOI Central Appeals and Review Committee, at medatagov.doh@gmail.com.
