May 18, 2022 Dear Arbie Pineda, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2022 09:19:14 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for List of accredited pest control services. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) - Center for Cosmetics , Household and Urban Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSRR ) has no existing list on the matter. The FDA, through CCHUHSRR, is currently undertaking the development of several implementing guidelines for DOH AO No. 2019-0010. These guidelines will provide the rules and regulations which will implement the three (3) regulatory services introduced in the said AO – “Licensing of Pest Control Operators”, “Certification of Supervising Pesticide Handler and Pesticide Handler”, and “Accreditation of Training Providers for Pest Control Operators, Supervising Pesticide Handlers, and/or Pesticide Handlers”.
