The requested guidelines for the identified number of beds is not available as of date. Please refer to the Manual on Technical Guidelines for Hospital Planning and Design 250 Bed Hospital (Level 3) accessible at bit.ly/250Bed-Level3Manual

In lieu of the requested guidelines for 500/400 beds. The provided manual can be used as a reference for Level 3 hospitals.
