hi po pwede ko po ba mahingi yung copy ng vaccination card ko?nawala po kasi at hindi ko matandaan yung date ng 1st dose and 2nd dose ko po sa nasugbu batangas po ako nag paa vaccine.kailagan ko lang po talaga
