May 14, 2021 Dear Roy Bautista, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 10, 2021 12:06:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Policy Directives/Plans/Programs on RA 10821 Children in Emergencies law. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please note that the primary agency to which you must coordinate is through the Council for the Welfare of Children (CSC). Richie Enecillo who has been attending meetings and closely collaborating with this office has just submitted a report capturing the accomplishment of DOH HEMB for 2020 but this does not include that of the DPCB. Thus, if the purpose as stated is to assess at what level the law is supported and implemented by various agencies, we ask you to request for the consolidated report from the CWC. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph.
