To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express my deep concern about my COVID compensation for the years 2021 and 2022. I was deployed in one of the private hospitals in laguna as EMERGENCY HIRED NURSE under DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH-PDOHO LAGUNA where I was assigned in covid area in year 2021 and as nurse vaccinator in year 2022. I already submitted all the requirements they asked and still no update until now with regards to this matter. Thank you
