Hi a would like to request for my second dose astrazeneca covid 19 vacine.
I'm from cagayan de oro city.
I am a OFW, my first dose held in Saudi and my schedule for second dose is June 17 2021.
I go to vacination area but there is no astrazeneca available. Pls help me I need a second dose so that I can go back to Saudi Arabia. Thanks

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.  The DOH-FOI Unit only handles request for data or information and does not handle request for vaccines. We request you directly coordinate with the LGU  for this request, thank you
