Hi! I am an architecture student and I would like to request the following records/data for my Architectural Thesis: 

1) Number of patients who suffered lung/respiratory diseases every year from 2012 to 2022 in the following regions:

- Region 1
- Region 2
- Region 3
- Region 4a & 4b
- Region 5

2) Municipality and Region with most number of reported lung/respiratory disease cases from 2012 to 2022
