Hi! I'm kindly making a request regarding:

1. Number of carbon monoxide poisoning in the philippines from year 2010 up to present or to the latest data.

2. The place where it happened either inside house, garage or vehicles.

3. If possible, some details/story of what happened why they are poisoned.

I REALLY APPRACIATE IF YOU CAN RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I need some data for my thesis, I really hope that you can granted my request. I'm a student from Technological University of the Philippines.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

Please be informed there was no carbon monoxide poisoning data reported to the Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (ONEISS), at least for the last 5 years. You may try reaching the National Poison Control and Information Service (NPCIS) of UP Manila at https://www.upm.edu.ph/node/1293 for the requested data.
