Visit the  Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including Psychiatric Care facility and the DOH issuance of Permit to Construct of Psychiatric facility at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not gather data on Bed Backlog for Psychiatric Facility. We ask that you directly coordinate with Psychiatric Care facilities on this data request
