Hi, I would like to request for information regarding:

-Number of mortality cancer in Region II in year 2020-2023 
- Number of morbidity cancer in Region II year 2020-2023 
- Number of oncology doctors in Region II and their specialty
- List of specialized hospital for cancer patients in Region II

Your FOI request is approved. 

Attached are the available data on Cancer for your reference. Likewise, visit the FHSIS Annual Reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

May we refer you to the DOH HRH Statistics through the PowerBI dashboard http://bit.ly/HRHStat-2022 and National Database of Selected Human Resources for Health at https://ndhrhis.doh.gov.ph/, for HRH information from the years 2016 to June 2023. The said platform readily provides data on the distribution of selected health professionals reporting in private and public health facilities in the health sector.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as data you are requesting on Cancer Patients in Region II is not available in the DOH Regional Office 2. We ask that you directly coordinate with the hospitals in Cagayan for this data request

In addition, we do not have data specifically on oncologists. Kindly coordinate with the Philippine Medical Oncology at https://psmo.org.ph/ for this request
