Hi! Good Day,

I would like to request to correct my batch/lot number of my first dose in Vax Cert PH. Currently encoded is "L202107061" instead of "H202107057" since this lot number is the one written on my vaccination card. I hope that my request will be granted as soon as possible. 

Please inform me if my request is granted.
