Hello good day!
Sir./Ma'am, I want to make a request to please edit the details that have input in the system regarding on the LOT Number of my 2nd dose vaccine. In my vaccintion card(LGU Release) the the 2nd dose LOT Number is FN4365, while in VaxCertPH it appears FJ8760. I hope you can change the lot number that is base on my vaccination card so that it will appear in my vaxcert details to avoid future problems in my job application. Thank you very much.
