may complain lang po ako.. si redcross las pinas nakakalinlang ng mga customers, may pa choices pa sila ng swabtest or saliva test yun pala hindi naman available sa kanila ang swabtest.. at automatic na saliva test ang mabobook mo sa kanila.. after mo magbayad ng 2000 saka ilagagay sa email confirmation na saliva test pala ang available at hindi swab.. Tp0s may pa additional pa ng 1800 at ililipat ka ng ibang location.. may pa choose pa kau na option yun nman pala, wala. . .Paki refund nalang po ng pera namin.. hindi na po magpapa test yung tito ko jan sa sm southmall..
