Hi I would like to request for the copy of the result of my RT PCR test that was taken last July 9, 2020.

The said result/certificate  will be submitted to my company [ Samuya Food Manufacturing Inc.] as proof the I was infected by Covid 19 virus for the Financial assistance they will gave as financial aid for employees that were infected while working.

You asked for request for the result of my RT PCR [swab test] taken last July 9, 2020.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

Your right to request a review
