1. What is this proposal about? Can you provide a brief background what this thesis entails, objectives and target recipients of this study?
2. What data that this study aims to gather from Department of Health?
3. What are the feasibility studies that this project wants to gather?

We would still need to request you to further clarify your request. While we understand that this is for academic purposes and for use of your thesis, we need to know what data or information is being requested from the Department of Health to support this study? Please coordinate with your thesis adviser on the matter

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not provide endorsement or financing for thesis proposal. For a proposal to be endorsed and financially supported, this has to be endorsed by a politician for passage of a Bill in Congress for the establishment of a government hospital.
