Good day,

I am writing this letter to humbly ask for financial assistance for my father Cosme Aray to proceed for his Angiogram & Angioplasty surgery that is required for his current heart condition as soon as possible. 

If granted, the financial assistance from your good office would be a big help for my father's current health. Thank you so much.
