I am currently in my 3rd year of studying Nursing. My groupmates and I are conducting research about the quality of life of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. We would like to request for the following information:
1. The number of dialysis patients in each dialysis center in Quezon City
2. The number of dialysis patients in the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI)
3. Total number of CKD cases in Quezon City
4. Total number of CKD cases in each city in NCR
