Ako po si Maria Cristina M. Roque, 37 years old,nakatira sa 191 Mataywanac Tuy, Batangas ay humihingi ng tulong para sa aking anak na si Castellana M. Roque na ooperahan sa puso sa Philippine Heart Center. Ang asawa ko po ay walang trabaho at ako po ay kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho bilang isang call center agent, kumikita ng sapat lamang para sa pang araw-araw na gastusin at walang kakayahang maipagamot ang aking anak. Ako po ay umaasa at lubos na nagpapasalamat na ako ay inyong matulungan sa pamamagitan ng Guarantee Letter
