Dear KYRYLL ANGEL MAE SILLOGA,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 04, 2023 03:44:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for List of accident in San Mateo Rizal.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

We are sending the attached 2018-2020 latest mortality data in Philippine Health Statistics (PHS). However, for population and 2021-2023 mortality data, we suggest requesting it to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), being the primary source of population and registered deaths.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as our Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (ONEISS) can only generate the number of injuries and not the number of accidents. Further, we can only process the data up to the provincial level, in this case, "injuries due to motorbike, car, truck, or bike accidents in the province of Rizal". Please let us know should you wish to have this data and send us a new FOI request

Kindly accomplish the FOI feedback form at the link

Thank you
