I would like to request data regarding amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Here are the specific data I would like to have:

1. Prevalence of ALS and FTD among Filipinos
2. Mortality rate among ALS and FTD patients in the Philippines

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the DOH does not collect cases on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and Frontotemporal Dementia. 

The current mental health data we have is the 2017 Mental Health Atlas posted in the WHO website at https://www.who.int/mental_health/evidence/atlas/profiles-2017/PHL.pdf
