Your FOI request is approved.
Relative thereto, the DOH, through the Pharmaceutical Division, has no memorandum issued imposing price limits for human albumin. On the other hand, the government has existing price regulation initiative for other medicines through the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The
comprehensive list can be conveniently accessible on our website through the following link:

Furthermore, the website features associated information relevant to this matter which includes but not limited to: (a) MRP implementing guidelines; (b) Executive Order Nos: 104 and 155; and (c) Government Mediated Access Price.
