While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Bacoor District Hospital for this request for this is an LGU hospital. We can only provide information on its accreditation as posted in the DOH Calabarzon Center for Health Development website : http://ro4a.doh.gov.ph/health-facilities/list-of-licensed-government-and-private-hospitals
