While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may access the Health Policies and Laws database at https://ais.doh.gov.ph/issuanceslist.php for reference on all the Administrative Orders, Memorandum and Department Circulars circulated in the DOH. 

We are also providing you the link to the new FDA website as this has a database in the advisories, issuance and lists of registered and regulated products by FDA. You may visit the website at
