Good day! I would like to seek assistance from your good office to help me gather the ff info from East Avenue Medical Center, Ospital ng Makati, UP-PGH, Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, Southern Philippines Medical Center,Vicente Sotto Medical Center and Batangas Medical Center.

Good day!
Please be informed that we shall endorse this eFOI Request to the following DOH Hospitals only:
1. East Avenue Medical Center
2. Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center
3. Southern Philippines Medical Center
4. Vicente Sotto Medical Center; and
5. Batangas Medical Center.
We do not have custody of the data for Ospital ng Makati and UP-PGH, as these are not DOH Hospitals. You may directly coordinate with Ospital ng Makati and UP-PGH for this request.
