Hi BIS! I would like to request data and statistics on medical and laboratory equipment, specifically on 1) ultra-low temperature freezer (<300L), 2) ultra-low temperature (equal or >300L), 3) medical freezer, 4) pharmaceutical refrigerators, 5) CO2 incubators

The data we need for the above products are a) price per unit per item/brand, b) unit shipment per item/brand, c) total quantity/volume shipment per year from 2019 to 2021 per item, d) importers per item/brand, and e) country sources per item.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)  through its FDA Verification Portal
which is an online portal provides a comprehensive list of Establishments and Health Products with License to Operate (LTO) and Certificate of Product Registration/Notification (CPR/NN) respectively. This is consumer’s access to safe and quality commodities in the market. To ensure the accuracy of information being searched, use the correct spelling of keywords such as the establishment name, product name and, etc. You can visit the FDA Verification Portal at the link: https://verification.fda.gov.ph/Home.php

However, we regret to inform you that we do not have the data you are requesting. We suggest you coordinate with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) at http://dti.gov.ph for this request.
