Hi! I would like to ask for a list of vacant General Institutional-zoned lots (Division D-1 in the NBCP) that the DOH has designated for future mental health facilities.
I will be using the vacant lot as the site for my undergrad thesis entitled "A Study on the Integration of Biophilia to a Juvenile Residential Facility." Rest assured that any information you will give will strictly be for academic use only.

Good day!
My request was denied but I did not receive any statement explaining this decision, unlike my previous requests. I would really appreciate it if you could get back to me on this so I may know what next step to take, especially during this time of the pandemic wherein completing research requirements is difficult.
