Hi Good afternoon,

My name is JP and I would like to know the process and requirements
to open up an HIV testing Tech Startup. I believe that I have solved a problem that would severely impact the way Filipinos look at HIV testing. I could not access the agencies website on Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau - http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/

I do not know which is the first step to take. I really want to do this now, as I know I will be helping a lot of people.
