Good day, for my architectural thesis, I have some questions regarding Subnational Catchment Area in Specialty Centers
1. Can I request for information regarding what the DOH accepts as the Subnational Catchment populations?
2. Is the combination of these regions be considered as subnational catchment population?

As stipulated in the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11959, otherwise known as the "Regional Specialty Centers Act" provided as Administrative Order No. 2023-0020, the identified subnational catchment areas for the development of Specialty Centers are the following:
1. North Luzon (Regions I, II and Cordillera Administrative Region)
2. National Capital Region and Region III
3. South Luzon (Regions IV-A, IV-B and V)
4. Visayas (Regions VI, VII and VIII) and
5. Mindanao (Regions IX, X, XI, XII, XIII and BARMM)
