Hello! I would like to get information regarding hospital billing specifically Dr.’s Fee or professional fee in Public Hospitals, such as:
1. How DR.’s submit their fee to the hospital
2. How does Phil Health Coverage applies to DR.’s fee
3. Are DR. Allowed to charge the patients more (in cash) with no OR aside from what is stated in the hospital bill?
4. Are Dr.s supposed to have a Statement of Agreement or divulge the information specifically procedure to be done with amount before doing the procedure?
