Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that as of now, our DOH Health Human Resource Development Bureau (HHRDB) has no up-to-date processed data or reports on accredited geriatricians disaggregated by region. Meanwhile, may we respectfully provide you with this available data source, the attached Geriatric Training for Primary Health Service Providers Facilitator’s Manual 2020, your reference. In the said manual, the Philippine College of Geriatric Medicine reported an estimated 147 specialist geriatricians in the country, and most of them are confined in Metro Manila.

Further, may we respectfully refer you to the following office/s for possible sources of data:
1. Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) - For data on licensed private and public health facilities at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/

2. Philippine Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology and/or Philippine College of Geriatric Medicine
