Your FOI request is approved. 
    -  Kindly see  attached List of Desludgers / Siphoning Services issued with Environmental Sanitation Clearance. For updated list, we suggest to direct your request to DOH- Center for Health Development (CHDs) as they are the one issued ESC to Siphoning/Desludging Services.
