Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Data on aged care facility or home for the aged is handled by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Please coordinate with DSWD at http://dswd.gov.ph for this request.

For all licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities handled by the Department of Health are posted in the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review
