Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

The  soft copies of the complete set of electrical plans being requested are still not available.  These are still in its original hard copies.  We advise you to send a letter-request to the PHC Executive Director (Attn: The Chief, Engineering and Maintenance Division) thru director@phc.gov.ph for an on-site visit of the PHC and view the actual plans we have.
