I would like to ask your good office if I could have a copy of Health, Sanitation, Mortuary, Body Disposal, Cemetery, and alike, ordinances/laws and/or documents during/ related to the Spanish, American, and/or Japanese occupation of Baguio City or Manila City.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly specify the information that you need on your requests for copy of Health laws. Which health program and issuances are you referring? 

For ordinances and issuance on cemeteries, this is handled by the Local Government Unit. And for your request on documents during/ related to the Spanish, American, and/or Japanese occupation of Baguio City or Manila City, we suggest you coordinate with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) at http://nationalarchives.gov.ph/ for this request.

I'm pertaining po to health and sanitation laws/programs po, kahit during American period nalang po. Kung may kopya po tayo jan sa DOH.

Health and sanitation laws/programs po, example po sa sanitation;

Segregation po ng taong namatay sa nakakahawang sakit.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We do not have issuances on health and sanitation laws during the American period. Available health issuances are posted at the DOH Administrative Issuances billboard website at https://dmas.doh.gov.ph:8083/Search

Kindly coordinate with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) at http://nationalarchives.gov.ph/ for records during the Spanish and American period.

Your right to request a review
