Hi! I would like to raise a concern regarding my vaccination record. I'm fully vaccinated but when I checked my record through https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/, it says that they have no record of my vaccination and marked as OPEN for its STATUS after 5 business days from requesting date.
I was vaccinated in Malasiqui , Pangasinan in Rural Health Office . My first dose was on OCTOBER 07, 2021 and the second dose was at November 04, 2021.
