I am Janine Eve Michelle Reyes Gavina, a student from Emilio Aguinaldo College - Master in Hospital Administration.  I would like to request the Annual Hospital Statistical Reports of the following hospitals to be used in my strategic management paper: 

I will be requesting the data for the following Hospitals : 
(1) Estevez Memorial Hospital Inc 2014-2016
(2) Albay Doctors' Hospital (2018)

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we cannot disclose the Annual Hospital Statistical Reports of Estevez Memorial Hospital Inc 2014-2016 and Albay Doctors' Hospital (2018) as these are private hospitals and not hospitals under the Department of Health. In addition, the disclosure of this information are subject for approval for the private hospitals

We request that you directly coordinate with these hospitals for this request
