Good day.Updating may vaccination with booster shot from DOH. My first dose of moderna was October 27, 2021 and my second dose was November 18, 2021 then lately i got my booster shot (Pfizer) last September 16, 2022 and may second booster shot was July 27, 2023. I really need the vaxcert with booster shot for my overseas job. Pls consider me to this. Thank you

Please be informed that the encoding of
vaccination records is done by the concerned
vaccination center. If your vaccination record is
unavailable, the record may not have been
uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information
Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination
center.
For further assistance, you may contact the Vax Cert
Customer service. Here are the contact

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you
received your vaccination and request for
assistance to generate your vaccination
certificate.
