We regret to inform you that morbidity data is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports. However, we have attached the 2019-2020 latest mortality data in Philippine Health Statistics (PHS). Furthermore, we suggest that mortality data from 2021-2023 be requested to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), being the primary source of registered deaths. In addition, all data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
