Good evening! I would like to introduce myself, im Lovely Agunias, a 5thyr Architecture student of the Univ. of San Carlos in Cebu City. I'm in the process of completing my thesis with a proposal entitled A Mental health facility in Metro Cebu. I need the data and info of the statistics on mental health in region7 particularly Cebu City to serve as my basis for the spaces needed and other related issues. I'm asking permission from your office to grant me a copy of the said topic. I already went to some gov't. offices & hospitals here in Cebu but couldn't get any. Hope to get these data here. T
