Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

 We regret to inform you that the said request is not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). However, we have data on proportion of newly-identified 20 years old and above adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, which can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials (FHSIS Annual Report > Non-Communicable Diseases).
