Good day to your kind office! To clarify the request I have provided, the information being asked is part of my architectural thesis that aims to establish a satellite Philippine Children's Medical Center in Ilocos Region (in accordance to the latest Regional Development Plan of Region 1 wherein it aims to establish satellite hospitals in Region 1). The information I requested will be a big help in my study as it will be the backbone of my study and to guarantee that it will be factual and data oriented.
