Good Day!

I would like to request the contact details, names of the officials and where the office of the Regional Committee on Affiliation and Training of Students (RCATS) in Region 12 is located. I am from the City Accountant's Office of General Santos City. Our books show remaining balance for 5% share from Affiliation Fees for remittance to RCATS per DOH AO 5-a s1996. However, our attempt to remit the said balance were in vain because the checks issued by the city were not claimed by RCATS. Hence, the request. Thank you and hoping for your immediate assistance.

Please be advised that RCATS was removed from the Department of Health and transferred to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) since 2015
