The DOH as one of the member agencies of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) maintains the database of PWD through the PRPWD. In line with the preparation of  the RCDA Annual Report for CY 2023, the RCDA Secretariat would like to request the following PWD-related data in Region III:
1.	Number of PWDs by age category per province
2.	Number of PWDs by sex category per province
3.	Number of PWDs by type of disability per province
4.	Number of PWDs employed and self-employed per province
5.	Number of PWD children with disabilities enrolled in school per province
