1. DOH checklist of space requirements for ambulatory ophthalmological care
2. Number of people with eye disease in Region 2 (age group and location)
3. Number of ophthalmologists or eye specialists in Region 2.

You asked for Eye Diseases in Region 2.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the DOH Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development do not have available data for the number of people with eye diseases in the region.  

As for the number of Eye Specialists, we are still waiting for the answer from the Head of Ophthalmology here in the region.
