1. Presence or existence of protocol for the conduct of the denguue vaccination program;

2. Valid consent obtained from the parents of Children who received the vaccine; 

3.Proper screening prior to receiving the vaccine;

4.Number of Children who received the Dengue Vaccine within your jurisdiction;

5.Numbe of children reported to have experienced adverse effect of Dengvaxia vaccine;

6.Other information relevant to the dengue vaccine program of the government within the locality.

You asked for Report on Dengvaxia Vaccination.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please take note that DOH RO V does not have in its custody the data relative to the aforementioned queries for the reason that Region V is not among the pilot areas of the dengue vaccination.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at medata.gov.doh@gmail.com .Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
