While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information you requested as Sampaloc Medicare Community Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and managed by the LGU. We ask that you directly coordinate with the Sampaloc Medicare Community Hospital to support your thesis
