Hello, I am Shannine Visperas, 5th year Architecture student at Rizal Technological University. I am currently conducting my thesis project that aims to propose a Specialized Hospital located in the Municipality of Lingayen. I am requesting to have a copy of the annual admission rate for Lingayen District Hospital, to support my data collection. I hope you can assists me with the said document, Thankyou and Godbless.

Please be informed that the Ilocos Center for Health Development (CHD) cannot provide your requested data as per their internal Statistician. We advise you to directly coordinate with the Lingayen District Hospital.
