By September 12, 2021 excess deaths in Philippines peaked to 123 %. This is the time when lockdowns were at its peak.

1.	Has DOH conducted autopsies to disprove lockdowns do not contribute to the rise of suicide and other lockdown-related diseases which may have contributed the mounting excess deaths by September 2021? Yes or No?
2.	Provide me copy of the autopsies done to validate the answer. No need to show personal data such as names and addresses.
