I refer to my letter of Nov 24, 2022 12:19:55 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for PURCHASE AGREEMENTS ON VAX UNDER EUA AS APPROVED BY FDA.

Our response to your request is due on Dec 15, 2022 12:19:55 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because FDA does not collect such data. The requested information is beyond the agency's mandate and jurisdiction, as we are not involved in any stages of the procurement process of vaccine. Therefore, we are endorsing this request to PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TEAM for appropriate action. 

I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before December 28, 2023 12:19:55 AM.
